    Reading passage:
    The INCEPTION of the new law changed everything! It was an INCURSION into the status quo. The ANTECEDENT events established a PRECEDENT forbidding a state to SECEDE. A PERCEPTIVE judge hoped that he could EMANCIPATE the ties of the regulations. He certainly did CONCUR, even after a CURSORY examination, that the former ruling was a PRECURSOR to his decision.
