Are you familiar with the Religious and Spiritual Inspirational expression: Seventh heaven?
Some Middle Eastern religions believed that the afterlife was composed of seven celestial layers. Each one was more elaborate than the preceding one. The first heaven was emerald, the second silver, the third pearl, the fourth ruby, the fifth gold, the sixth a kind of zircon (jacinth) and the seventh was a pure light in white. Author unknown

Saint Francis of Assisi Prayer

"Lord, make me an instrument of your peace;
Where there is hatred, let me sow love;
Where there is injury, pardon;
Where there is doubt, faith;
Where there is despair, hope;
Where there is darkness, light;
Where there is sadness, joy;
Lord, grant that I may not as much seek to be consoled as to console;
To be loved as to love.
For it is in giving that we are pardoned;
It is in dying that we are born to eternal life."

Saint Theresa is known as the Saint of the Little Ways. She believed in doing the little things in life well and with great love. She is the patron Saint of flower growers and florists. She is represented by roses.

St. Theresa's Prayer:

May today there be peace within.
May you trust God that you are exactly where you are meant to be.
May you not forget the infinite possibilities that are born of faith.
May you use those gifts that you have received, and pass on the love that has been given to you.
May you be content knowing you are a child of God.
Let this presence settle into your bones, and allow your soul the freedom to sing, dance, praise and love.
It is there for each and every one of us.
