    1) Stock Market Contextual Story

Story contains 14 words from the Sam vs. Herb-Stock Market Comic Strip: analyze, commission, commodity, dividend, enterprise, fluctuate, invest, leverage, market, performance, portfolio, profit, regulate and rival.

Deep down I know I am very competitive, thoughtful, creative and hard working. Thats why the stock MARKET is so fascinating to me. I know it can FLUCTUATE wildly and there are people who think it should be REGULATED. Not me! It is a thinking persons game where you can ANALYZE the details of an ENTERPRISE and then create a PORTFOLIO of companies to own. I might choose to INVEST in Coca Cola and my friend might chose Cokes main RIVAL, Pepsico. The PERFORMANCE we get over a year will include the cash from a DIVIDEND, but it will be reduced by the COMMISSION we pay to buy the stock. If our analysis is good then we can make a PROFIT. Our profit or loss can be LEVERAGED by borrowing money but that is too scarey for me. I understand that the use of LEVERAGE is really big when you invest in COMMODITIES like soybeans or pork bellies. That is too aggressive for me. I really prefer Coke to pork and beans!
