    On that special GRADUATION day, the temperature is a nice 23 degrees CENTIGRADE. The procession will begin MOMENTARILY. It is an EMOTIONAL moment where parents observe a CASCADE of flowing black robes. After all that hard work no one wants to be a CASUALTY of the education system.
